Raymond Reginald H Brown was born on 8 December 1923 at Reading in Berkshire, the son of Alfred Bertie Brown 1880-1957 and his wife nee Rose Smith.
He married Gladys M Brokenshire at Reading, and served in the Royal Navy during the Second World War.
He died in 1996 at Bracknell in Berkshire.
