Jeanetta Anlezark was born in 1756, the daughter of James Anlezark 1729-1772 and his wife nee Margaret Ainsworth 1733-1771.

On 1 September 1777 she was married in Manchester Cathedral to William Pilling 1752-1820.

They had the following children:

Elizabeth Pilling. She was born on 5 April 1778 in Manchester, and was married to James Pershouse 1771-1821 in Manchester Cathedral on 9 January 1796. They had seven sons and seven daughters. She died on 18 October 1849 at Ardwick in Manchester.

Martha Pilling. She was born in 1779, and was married to Samuel Marsden.

John Pilling. He was born in 1781, and married Catherine Thompson.

James Pilling. He was born in 1782.

Sarah Pilling. She was born on 24 August 1784, and was married to James Gregory in Manchester Cathedral on 8 August 1804. She died in 1835 aged 51 years.

Jennett Pilling. She was born in 1785.

William Pilling. He was born in 1786.

Charles Pilling. He was born in 1788, and married Alice Lawton.

Robert Anlezark Pilling 1789-1863. He was born on 31 December 1789 in Manchester and baptised on 5 February 1790 at St James' church in that city. He died in 1863.

Jeanetta Pilling. She was born in 1791.
