George Constantine Evan Renney was born in 1831 at Pleasant Street in Liverpool, and was baptised on 8 September 1831 at St Peter's Roman Catholic church in Liverpool.
After the death of his father and the re-marriage of his mother, he probably lived with his step-father Charles Allen Du Val and mother in their home in Chorlton-on-Medlock, Manchester. However when the Census was taken in 1841 aged ten years he was staying with his brother William Renney aged eight years in Dickinson Street in Manchester with his maternal grandmother Sarah Du Val nee Eskildson the mother of Charles Allen Du Val (1).
George Constantine Evan Renney emigrated to Spain where he married Ana y Valverde, and became known as Jorge Constantino Evan Renney.
He died on 2 May 1908 in Cadiz, Spain.
Administration of his English property was granted on 4 December 1950 (2).
