Margaret Ainsworth was born in 1733 at Pleasington Hall in Lancashire, the daughter of John Ainsworth 1693-1784 and his wife Anne Stokoe (born 1702).
In 1752 she was married to James Anlezark 1729-1772 at Duxbury in Lancashire. They had the following children:
John Anlezark. He was born in 1753, and died in 1845.
Doo - Jeanetta Anlezark 1756-1841. She was married to Doo - William Pilling in Manchester Cathedral on 1 September 1777.
James Anlezark. He was born in 1758, and married Mary Rawson.
Sarah Anlezark born 1760.
The Reverend Robert Anlezark 1764-1845. He was married three times. First to Elizabeth Ryle, then to Mary Warren and thirdly to Beatrice Bolton.
Ann Anlezark. She was born in 1769, and was married to Richard Shaw. She died in 1841.
Thomas Ainsworth Anlezark 1771-1834. He married Ann Starmer 1767-1825 in 1804.
